This episode, I was glad to talk to Rachel about family, addictions, and positive thinking.
Rachel is a mental health advocate from the Toronto area that has a business degree, world travel, and first and second hand experience with issues like addiction, mental illness, suicide, and sexual assault under her belt at the age of 24. At a place in her recovery where she wants to share her story to help others, one of her favourite mental health topics is boundaries — which coincidentally was the toughest concept to conquer (and continuously conquer).
